Exhibition stands in Mexico, handled end to end.
You land, and your stand is already up.
We design, build and install your booth in Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara and anywhere in Mexico. Graphics, furniture, power, venue permits and on-floor support come with it — so exhibiting in a country you don't operate in stops being the hard part.

What we guarantee
The stand is our product. The service around it is what sets us apart, and it is what we put in writing on every project. These are the seven commitments we make to you.
If your team flies in, it arrives to a finished stand
We work with companies that exhibit in Mexico without an office here. Your project manager speaks English, the whole project is run remotely by email and video call, and we print your graphics in Mexico so nothing has to clear customs.
You approve the 3D render before we build anything
You see your stand in 3D with real dimensions, materials and finishes, at no cost and before you pay for production. What you sign off is what gets built, and what gets built is what gets installed.
Your date is confirmed in writing
We check your installation against the workshop's load before committing to it. If it fits, it goes in the contract with a delivery time. If it doesn't, you find out the same day, while you still have room to solve it.
One supplier, from first sketch to teardown
Stand, graphics, furniture, power and permits come from the same contract and the same quote. One point of contact for everything, and one closed figure. We invoice in Mexican pesos or US dollars, by wire or card.
Your stand is finished before the doors open
Built, cleaned and tested at least twelve hours before opening. You get photos and video from the floor before you board your flight, so there are no surprises when you walk in.
We answer to the venue, not you
We read and file the exhibitor manual: height limits, rigging, materials, insurance and crew accreditation. You never have to read it or negotiate it in a language you don't work in.
We stay with you during the show, not just the build
Someone from our team is available on the days the show is open, for an adjustment, a graphics swap or whatever comes up on the floor.
It is all part of our service
The alternative is splitting your show across four or five suppliers in a country you don't operate in, and trusting that all of them turn up on the same day, at the same hall, to the same dimensions. When something slips, each one points at the other and you are in the middle, a day from opening.

Budgets built to fit
An 18 m² stand in timber, in truss or in octanorm doesn't cost the same and doesn't take the same time to build. Publishing a "from $X" would be a number we had no intention of honouring, and you'd only find out at the quote.
- A closed quote with a render, in 24 to 48 hours. Free and with no commitment. You see the stand and the figure at the same time.
- One figure, with everything in it. Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, installation and teardown. No extras on show day.
- We work with and adapt to your budget. Always with honesty and transparency about how far your budget will go.
- The lead time comes with the quote. Production time depends on the type of stand and on the workshop's load for your dates. We check it and confirm it in writing together with the figure.
- Pesos or dollars. Mexican CFDI invoice or an international invoice. Wire transfer or card.

Frequently asked questions
What exhibitors ask us before requesting a quote. If yours is not here, write to us and we answer the same day.
How much does an exhibition stand in Mexico cost?
There is no honest price per square metre: an 18 m² stand in timber, in truss or in octanorm does not cost the same and is not built the same way. We quote each project on its size, its materials and its dates, and give you a single figure with everything in it, together with the 3D render so you can see exactly what you are buying. The quote is free and carries no commitment.
How far in advance should we book our stand?
The earlier you book, the more room you have on materials and design. Real production time depends on the type of stand and on the workshop's load for those dates, so we check your installation date against the calendar and confirm the lead time in writing along with the quote. If your date does not fit, you hear it that same day rather than two weeks before the show.
Do you handle the venue paperwork and the exhibitor manual?
Yes, and we answer to the venue ourselves. We handle the exhibitor manual — height limits, rigging, materials, insurance and crew accreditation — and the design is worked from the first sketch with those rules already in place. You do not have to read a regulation written in Spanish.
Do we rent the stand or buy it?
Either, depending on what suits you. Octanorm and truss are modular systems that are usually rented and reassembled show after show. A custom timber stand is built for your brand and is yours to keep; if you plan to reuse it, we store it between shows. The quote tells you which route pays off for your case.
What is included in the price?
A single figure covering everything the stand needs to operate: design and 3D render, fabrication, printing and on-site application of graphics, furniture, power, lighting, audio, screens and video, catering, permits and the exhibitor manual, installation, on-floor support during the show, and teardown. No extras on show day.
Which cities and venues do you cover?
Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara are our main markets — Centro Citibanamex, Expo Santa Fe, WTC, Cintermex and Expo Guadalajara — and we take projects anywhere in Mexico. It is the same team in all three cities, not a different contractor in each one.
Can you invoice a company outside Mexico, and in US dollars?
Yes. We accept pesos and US dollars, by wire transfer or card, and we issue a Mexican CFDI invoice or an international invoice depending on where your company is registered. The payment schedule is set out in writing in the quote, before you release anything.
We are not in Mexico. How do we follow the build?
Everything is coordinated remotely and in English. You approve the 3D render before anything is built, you get progress photos every week during fabrication, and we send you photos and video of the finished stand before you board your flight. Your graphics are printed here in Mexico, so nothing of yours has to clear customs. You land, and your stand is already up.
Tell us about your show
With the date and the dimensions we can tell you straight away whether we can take it and what it would cost. We answer the same day.
Choose how you would rather hear back from us. Both buttons carry your project details already written out.
